2:30 PM - Καλώσ ήρθατε!
Welcome!
As you arrive, expect warm smiles, golden light, and maybe a breeze that smells faintly of olive groves (or Ballito sea air).
Make your way toward the Orchid House chapel upon arrival.
3:00 PM - The ceremony
As two become one under God, gather to witness a covenant of love. Rooted in faith and sealed with prayer and purpose. After a 30min ceremony, we'll be husband and wife!
3:45 PM - ώπα!
Opa, all the way into the confetti tunnel!
Shower us in joy, love and celebration as we walk into our first moments as husband and wife. Through the olive leaves, enjoy the laughter, and yell, "opa!"!
Then gather behind the new Mr. & Mrs. Livadas for a group photo.
4:00 PM - Canapés
When the olive confetti settles, as the sun begins to dip, follow the faint Greek music and make your way to Pongola for the next part of the celebration.
There you'll find refreshing canapés, shared laughter, and golden hour joy. We’ll also be cutting our wedding cake. We invite you to mingle, laugh, and soak in the atmosphere of love and celebration. This is just the beginning of the feast!
5:45 PM - Wherever you sit, you’re part of our story.
Koukla mou, the souvlaki waits for no one—so let’s not keep the dolmades or the speeches waiting either.
At your seat, you’ll find a few little surprises waiting for you—some goodies to peek through, a few thoughtful touches, and of course, the best view of the couple (us!). Get comfy, get ready, and let the evening unfold like phyllo pastry.
6:00 PM - The First Dance
Now, the drinks may be flowing and the mezze might be tempting, but hold onto your baklava because it’s time for that moment.
Our first dance as husband and wife. It’s the start of many dances we’ll have in our life together—some elegant, some awkward, all full of love.
6:15 PM - Speeches
It’s time to raise a glass—or better yet, a shot of ouzo!
Time to laugh, cry, and maybe hear a few embarrassing stories. We'll raise our glasses and listen to the ones who know us best.
And just before the groom says a word? That’s right—we’re handing out ouzo. A little liquid courage for him, and a whole lot of spirit for you. Yamas!
Sip, savour, and soak in the love (and the laughs). Enjoy this moment with us before we pull you into Mediterranean flavours for some real Greek food.
6:30 PM - Kali orexi!
(That’s “bon appétit” in Greek, just with a little more olive oil.)
It’s a Greek meze, which means it’s all about community, conversation, and lots of second helpings. So, loosen that belt (we won’t judge), pass the hummus, and tuck in.
The souvlaki is hot, the bread is warm, and the memories will be delicious.
7:45 PM - Fun and Games
Now, it’s time for a bit of friendly mischief.
We’re kicking things off with some light-hearted games. Then, it’s time for the infamous bouquet toss. To all the single ladies—don’t be shy, this is your moment. Tyron will be attempting to remove the garter in front of all our nearest and dearest—Mamma Mia…
He lifted her dress... Dot! Dot! Dot! And of course, the classic garter toss.
8:00 PM - Parents dance
This one’s for the mamas and papas—the people who cheered us on, prayed for us, and grounded us (in every sense of the word).
With every sway and step, we honour the journeys that brought us here, the sacrifices they made, and the unconditional love that carried us through.
8:10 PM - Ζορμπάς!
The moment you’ve all been secretly waiting for, the Zorba! Just before you'll get to throw plates (provided) up into the air (don't hit the roof) and watch it all come crashing down... we dance! Before you know it, you’ll be laughing, linking arms, and dancing like you’ve been Greek this whole time.
No pressure to get it perfect—just bring your best energy and your worst rhythm. This is your moment to go full Mamma Mia, without having to sing.
Oh, yes. And yell, OPA!
8:25 PM - Night Photo
Please gather one last time outside for a moment that’s pure magic.
Sparklers will light up smiling faces and Tyron—looking far too pleased with himself—will be popping bottles. It’ll be loud. It’ll be cheeky. And it’ll definitely leave a few guests slightly sticky (sorry in advance, front row!).
The venue team will be giving the dance floor a little freshen-up while we take this moment, so sip, sparkle, and smile—because this memory is going on the fridge.
8:45 PM - Dance floor opens
Now it’s time to dance like no one’s watching (even though everyone absolutely will be). Let the rhythm wrap around you like a warm Mediterranean breeze and let your inner Dancing Queen loose.
Expect beats to bangers that’ll have you yelling, “This is my song!” at least three times (for Yulán, every song). Shoes optional. Good vibes mandatory. Arms in the air? Strongly encouraged.
11:00 PM - Go Home!
The venue will be closing at 11 p.m.
We'll see you all after the honeymoon! xx
